Terms of Service
This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (referred to herein as "The Customer") and Fast Geo Hosting SRL (referred to herein as "The Company"), the legal owner of the domain name and website geo.hosting (referred to herein as "The Website"). By accessing or using any of the services provided by The Company, including but not limited to visiting the website, using its internal and external links to search for information, ordering any of The Company's services, contacting The Company's representatives or Support Services, and/or using any software made available to you by The Company, you acknowledge your agreement to be bound by these terms.
1. Domain and Content
By utilizing our hosting services, you are required to upload your content to our servers. By doing so, you grant us permission (a license) to maintain copies of your content on our system and make them available to Internet users. You are solely responsible for providing all content and data that constitute your website or another data.
2. Bandwidth Usage
The Company provides Users with bandwidth, disk space, and other resources as defined in the package of services purchased. Services are intended for normal use only. Excessive usage inconsistent with normal usage patterns is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue accounts violating this policy.
3. Agreed Usage
Users agree to abide by The Company's usage limits and guidelines. Activities resulting in excessive usage or improper storage are prohibited. Failure to comply may result in service termination or account discontinuation at The Company's discretion.
4. Monitoring and Corrective Action
The Company reserves the right to monitor bandwidth, disk usage, and other resources. Corrective action may include additional charges, service disconnection, removal of content, or termination of accounts, as deemed necessary by The Company.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The Company does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free services. All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for third-party services or products. The Customer is responsible for any breach of this Agreement or misrepresentation. The Company is not liable for delays or malfunctions caused by Customer-requested alterations.
7. Third-Party Product Names
The Company mentions third-party products for descriptive purposes only and does not claim ownership or association unless explicitly stated.
8. Acceptable Usage Policy
The Company prohibits illegal or unethical activities, including spamming, copyright infringement, hate speech, and hosting adult content. Violations may result in service termination.
9. Automated Card Payment Processing
By setting up automated payment processing, you authorize The Company to charge your designated payment method for applicable fees and charges. You agree to maintain up-to-date payment information and ensure sufficient funds to cover charges.
10. Returns and Cancellations Policy
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. If one account is found using this policy intentionally more than once to get free product/service, we’ll define it as cheating and will terminate this account forever without refund.
Under no circumstances will Fast Geo Hosting SRL allow a transfer of funds between accounts.
If your IP address is in third party listings, you can send links to these listings to our technical support. We will contact them and ask them to remove your IP address from there. However, we will not provide a refund or replacement of the IP address in such cases.
If the server is not available for some time only from you or from a narrow circle of people, for a reason beyond our control (while it is available from most parts of the world), the funds will not be returned. The provider is not responsible for such situations.
We reserve the right to immediately block all services and even an account without a refund in the event that we receive complaints about a customer. In cases where the complaints turn out to be unjustified, as well as received as a result of a hack or a drawing, the funds will also not be refunded, since the above situations are beyond our responsibility.
If the Client has encountered technical problems attributable to Fast Geo Hosting SRL that prevent the Client from using the purchased services, Fast Geo Hosting SRL will find alternatives to remedy the situation and will extend the subscription for an equivalent period during which the Customer could not access the services. If a remedy is not possible or if the remedy is not accepted by the Client, Fast Geo Hosting SRL will issue a refund of the payment for the last subscription period (day, month etc. according to the client’s subscription terms).
The client may at anytime terminate the Fast Geo Hosting SRL services, however, in such a case no refund is possible.
We do not provide options for recalculating or refunding funds for the unused period.
Important point: our service and area of responsibility is the allocation of server capacities and technical support. The client is responsible for everything that happens to content and power on the Internet.
