Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (referred to herein as “Client”) and FastGeoHostingSRL (referred to herein as “Company”), the lawful owner of the domain name and website geo.hosting (referred to herein as “Website”). By accessing or using any of the services provided by the Company, including visiting the Website, using its internal and external links to seek information, ordering any services from the Company, contacting the Company’s representatives or Support Team, and/or using any software provided by the Company, you confirm your agreement to comply with these terms.

1. Domain and Content

When using our hosting services, you upload your content to our servers. By doing so, you grant us a license to store copies of your content in our system and make it available on the internet. You are solely responsible for providing all the content and data that constitute your website or other data.

2. Bandwidth Usage

The Company provides clients with bandwidth, disk space, and other resources as specified in the purchased service package. The services are intended for normal usage only. Excessive usage that exceeds standard usage patterns is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

3. Agreed Usage

Clients agree to adhere to the Company's usage limitations and guidelines. Activities leading to excessive usage or improper storage are prohibited. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in service termination or account suspension at the Company's discretion.

4. Monitoring and Corrective Action

The Company reserves the right to monitor bandwidth usage, disk usage, and other resources. Corrective actions may include additional fees, service disconnection, content removal, or account termination if the Company deems it necessary.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for third-party services or products. The Client is responsible for any violation of this Agreement or misrepresentation. The Company is not liable for delays or malfunctions caused by changes requested by the Client.

7. Third-Party Product Names

The Company mentions third-party products solely for descriptive purposes and does not claim ownership or association unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Acceptable Usage Policy

The Company prohibits illegal or unethical activities, including spamming, copyright infringement, hate speech, and hosting adult content. Violations may result in service termination.

9. Automated Card Payment Processing

By setting up automated payment processing, you authorize the Company to charge your designated payment method for applicable fees and charges. You agree to keep your payment information up to date and ensure sufficient funds to cover the charges.

10. Returns and Cancellations Policy

Refunds:

We offer a one-time refund only, applicable solely during the initial use of an account. Multiple refund requests from a single account will be considered fraudulent activity and will result in permanent account closure without a refund.

We do not transfer funds between user accounts. We do not issue refunds or IP address replacements if your IP address has been blacklisted. We can contact the blacklist maintainers with a removal request if you provide us with the relevant links. Refunds are not provided if the server is temporarily unavailable only to you or a small group of users for reasons beyond our control, while remaining accessible in most other locations. We reserve the right to immediately suspend services and the account without a refund in case of complaints filed against the client. If the complaints are found to be unfounded or a result of hacking or malicious activity, a refund will not be issued, as these situations are beyond our responsibility.

Technical Issues and Compensation:

In the event of technical issues on our end that prevent you from using our services, we will endeavor to find a solution and extend your service for the duration of the downtime. If a solution cannot be found or is not acceptable to you, we will issue a refund for the last paid period (day, month, etc., according to your billing cycle).

Termination of Services:

You may terminate your use of our services at any time; however, no refunds will be issued, and no prorated refunds for unused service periods will be provided. 

Important:

We provide server resources and technical support. The client is solely responsible for all content hosted and online activity conducted.
