Refund and Cancelation Policy

If you are our regular customer, chances are you will never need these rules. We pride ourselves on a high level of service that satisfies the vast majority of our users. However, should the need for a refund arise, we are ready to explain when this is possible.

Refund terms and conditions

Refunds are only possible if the service provided was incomplete.

Service is considered incomplete if the customer does not receive one or more key resources provided by the selected tariff, such as CPU, RAM or disk space. Internet bandwidth is not included in this list, as no guaranteed parameters are set for this service.

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing the service.

Exceptions to the return policy

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Payments made using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency are non-refundable as these payment methods do not reliably identify the identity of the customer.
  • If the server was purchased at a promotion or discount, refunds are also not possible.
  • Renewals of services or products are non-refundable.

Refund process

To initiate the refund process, write a free-form request via our ticket system to the Customer Service Department. In additional cases, an employee may ask you to provide additional identification data such as passport, phone number, selfies. We guarantee that your data will be protected and used only for fraud prevention purposes.

If you refuse to provide the details that the officer requests in order to make the refund, the refund will be rejected.

Once the request is received through the ticket system, refunds will be issued in the same currency and using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If the refund is not received within 30 days or if you have any other questions, please contact our support team via the ticket system.

Returns Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after your request is approved.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Important notes

Refunds are only available for first-time registered accounts. If we detect that a customer is using the refund policy repeatedly to receive free services, such account will be permanently blocked without the possibility of refund. Fast Geo Hosting S.R.L. does not allow transfers between accounts.

If your IP address has been blacklisted by a third party organization, you may provide links to these lists to our technical support team. We will endeavor to contact the administrators and have your IP address removed from the list, but no refunds or IP address replacements will be issued.

If access to the server is restricted for you or a small group of users for reasons beyond the control of Fast Geo Hosting S.R.L., no refunds will be made. We are not responsible for such situations.

Fast Geo Hosting S.R.L. reserves the right to suspend access to all services and block the customer's account without refund if there are complaints about their actions. In the event that complaints are unfounded or due to hacking, no refunds will be provided, as such situations are outside our area of responsibility.

If the customer has technical difficulties in using our services, Fast Geo Hosting S.R.L. will propose solutions to the problem and extend the subscription period for the time when the service was unavailable. If a solution is not possible or the client does not accept it, we will issue a refund for the last period paid.

Customer-initiated termination of services does not provide for a refund. We do not provide recalculations or refunds for unused time.

We offer you reliable server hosting and qualified technical support. All responsibility for the use of services and hosted content lies with the client.
